VALVE SERVICING & REPAIR
Valve being the final control element, At Ncube, We always strive to provide the utmost care while servicing the valves. We service every type of valves by all manufacturers. The valves are disassembled, inspected at every stage by each parts, re-assembled and then tested to meet the highest level of industrial standards. After the receipt of valve, the condition of valve is thoroughly assessed & the documented report of the same is shared to our customer and is always accessible in our database; the valve is then repaired, the defective parts are replaced, it is tested and if required, inspection is also carried out. Apart from valves, we also service pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, positioners & actuators of all types.

Valve selection & sizing
In case of plant modification, there are changes in process parameters which can be accommodated in the same valve, but in different Cv values, we do the complete sizing and Cv selection and if required, the required internal parts (seat & plug) can be replaced. After this, the valve is completely tested and calibrated as per the new process parameters.

We supply each and every kind of accessory required for the valves, all the accessory are installed on the valve and properly calibrated in our workshop. Some of the accessories include:
